Job Summary: We are seeking a Healthcare Community Manager to lead the conversation on our MEDINSIGHTHUB social channels and blog comments. You will act as the “voice” of our brand, engaging with medical professionals and patients to build a supportive, informative online community.
Key Responsibilities:
Moderate blog comments and forum discussions to ensure they meet our Content Standards.
Manage MEDINSIGHTHUB’s presence on X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Identify and engage with medical influencers and guest contributors.
Monitor community feedback to suggest new topics for the MEDINSIGHTHUB blog.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Social Media Management or Community Moderation.
A strong understanding of healthcare ethics and HIPAA-compliant communication.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Previous experience working with medical or wellness brands is a plus.
